Vendor Application Form

To apply for a vendor booth at Gymnastics on the Grand, please fill out and submit the form below by September 29, 2019. This is our preferred form of application. As an alternative, you may fill out and mail or email our Vendor Application Form (pdf).

Applications will be reviewed by the vendor committee and accepted on a first come, first served basis at the sole discretion of the committee. No deposits will be required or accepted until after an application is approved. Accepted vendors will be notified on a rolling basis as applications are received, but no later than November 1. If accepted, your full deposit, including optional items, must be received by November 15 to confirm your attendance.

Note: There is a $100 non-refundable deposit for each 10' x 10' space. Deposits are applied as a credit against your 20% of sales donation.
Tables *
Please indicate the quantity of 6' tables you will need supplied. Each table comes with linen and two chairs. Cost is $30 per set.
Electrical Requirements
Please note if you will need the use of an electrical outlet. 20 amps/110 volt provided by DeVos Plave. Cost is $75.
Please indicate if you will be using any special equipment at your booth. If hot press or gym equipment, we require an Additional Insured form on file before the event.
